Homemade Brownie Recipe


135g Chocolate fondant
80g butter
165g sugar
2 eggs
75 g wheat flour
75 g malt flour
½ teaspoon of chemical yeast
½ teaspoon of salt
100 g chopped walnuts.


  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. Add the sugar, eggs and salt and mix with a spoon (do not beat). If it is done with a food processor, mix at low speed.
  3. Mix the flours with the yeast and mix (do not beat) with the previous mixture passing it through a sieve or fine strainer.
  4. Finally, add the walnuts and put in a mold greased with butter or margarine. Bake at 180 ° C up and down for 30-35 min. To know if it is done, stick a table knife and if it comes out clean it is done. Depending on the taste of each one, you can leave a little less time so that it is a little more humid inside. Cool and unmold.
T: if you want it to take a little less time in the oven, make a thinner layer of a cookie on a baking sheet instead of a baking mold.
